• All prices are in Euros (EUR).
• Payment for your purchases will be done using a PayPal shopping cart.
• PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
• We do not receive or store your banking or credit card details. They are kept by PayPal, our Merchant Services facilitator.
• You can also pay directly through your PayPal account if you have one. (A PayPal account can be set up in a matter of minutes).

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are processed within 2 business days of being received and delivery time will take between 3 and 7 business days depending on the delivery destination. All our deliveries are handled by our logistics partner. CLAIMS PERIOD

Claims for defects, damages, and/or shortages must be made by the Client in writing within a period of seven (7) days after delivery of all or any part of the order. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission that they fully comply with terms, conditions, and specifications.

CHARGEBACKS

Any customer withdrawing payments via bank or credit card (a "chargeback") may be subject to a punitive fee of €50, should the company deem this chargeback to be unfair. The company also reserves its right to defend such chargebacks and recover the original monies from the card issuer.
